Call between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to request an appointment. We will mail you an intake form, you can visit us at 1612 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13502 to pick one up, or fill in the intake form HERE A therapist will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Appointments are available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
